If I Exclude A Job From My Work History Will I Still Get Hired?

I worked at a local Subway for three months, things started out good and around the time that I was terminated all of my managers said I was doing a very nice job. I was put on notice that I needed to have a meeting with my boss before they would add me to the schedule. (At this time I had 0 hours and no reason for why I was removed from the schedule) I tried to contact my boss several times with other employees as well as family members as witnesses, but it was to no avail. I was asked to hand in my uniform, still with no reason as to why I had been terminated. (They did this to one other girl as well)
My question is since I was never given a reason as to why I was terminated (Everytime I've tried to contact my former boss i've always only gotten voicemail and no messages returned.) am I able to exclude my history of working for this particular company from my resume and applications and still get hired or is there a way that this could prevent me from getting a new job?

For heaven's sake do not suppress any information in your resume. It is bound to boomerang on you later !!

I would put Subway down yet and put your reason for leaving is because your hours were cut. If you don't put it down, they will see gaps in your work history and wonder why you would go a few months without working. Most previous employers will only give the dates you worked and rate of pay. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If you don't think the absence on your resume will hurt you. There is no expectation that your resume has all of the sources of you income. (you couldn't omit it on a job application that required the last 5 years).

I've left off consulting jobs and other things that don't "paint the right picture."

Odds are your sandwich artistry isn't really a skill that your future employer cares about.

I would include them and attribute the termination as 'lack of work.' On the other hand, there's nothing about a resume that implies that it has every detail relevant to a person's work search; it's a marketing document. It doesn't need to include everything, but what is there should be factual.

Go ahead and include them on your resume. If the new employer calls them, they legally cannot trash talk you...the simply will tell them the dates that you started and left. Put down any reason you want for why you left there, but probably the best thing would be scheduling issues or lack of hours...since both are true.
