In all honesty it depends on the reason you were fired and the state that you live in. If you were fired for no reason at all and can prove it, then yes. If not then you might want to start looking for a job. |

You can only collect unemployment if you were discharged for a reason that wasn't your fault. They do check with the employer. Sorry. |
