I got hired to 2 additional jobs to my one and was supposed to start training but decided it would be a bit of an overload after starting my second job best paying job after orientation of the lowest paying one..so I quit..when I turn in the uniform, am I still entitled to pay?

Yes, you are entitled to the pay for the six hours you spent in Orientation. Orientation is learning the job.
Because you mention there is a uniform to turn in, and six hours Orientation, I assume this company didn't just start. Therefore, I would assume they will be a reputable employer. They must pay you within 72 hours of your last employment. You should have no problem collecting your pay if they are reputable. If you have problems getting paid, contact your local labor board. |
