It's a good sign. Interviewers manage their time very well and will generally only go into deeper details with someone they believe will be hired. Congratulations and good luck! |

I think this is a very good sign...they most certainly are NOT going to bother checking on someone they are not interested in! |

Any time a person takes their time to check references it shows that they have interest in you. It does not mean that you will get the job, but you have given them something to make them interested in you. |
