I work for the number one retail company in the world as an assistant manager.as since the 5th of january(havent been to work since that day) i have been ill and not able to work my doctor has given me a leave of abstence from work until the 23rd but the paper work that is needed to be compled by my doctor will not be ready till the 16th or 19th and the company policy states the paper work hast to be in within 15days of the 1st day of mixed work then it goes to an approval council and im not sure i will be approved. i have notivied the second in charge manager of this because the store manager is on vacation. whjat do you think. my illness is severe chronic anemia

There are thousand and thousands of talented, experience people on the street due to the economy…the competition for any job is extreme. …people will do anything for much less just to feed their kids……..I don’t expect it to get any better before 2012……sorry…… |

In today's economy, employers can pick and chose....I'd say you'd better start planning on finding a new job.
Seriously...in December alone 570,000 people were let go...that is equivalent to the ENTIRE workforce of the state of Vermont and Wyoming combined. |
