Depends on the state in which you want to practice in. Each state has different requirements for foreign-educated law student and/or attorney, but the majority of them require at least one year of law school in the US, at an ABA approved law school (usually to get a LLM) before allowing a foreign-educated law student and/or attorney become eligible to take the bar exam.
