If my workplace has a 90 evaluation policy and I receive one after 180 days; which is general and ?

states that I may lose my job because of job performance being poor should I appeal. Keep in mind I disagree with the majority of complaints. Examples from beyond the 90 day were used, I have also been given additional responsibilities since first hire. In todays economy I do not want to lose my job but do feel like I am being set up to be fired. Unfairly!!

No I am not Union. The only reason I am worried is because my supervisor stated in the review that my job performance could cause me to lose my job.

I your supervisor said you had poor job performance, did he state was the poor performance was? Did he outline for you what you needed to do to bring your performance up? If not, you need to ask. |

What country are you in, and if the US, what state? If you are in the US and not in Montana, they don't have to give you a reason to fire you, they can just do it.
And by the way, the supervisor, not you, gets to decide what is acceptable job performance. |
