No, it's not illegal. It's unfair but not illegal. File a formal complaint with your boss, in writing. |

I don't think it is illegeal. They may have requested those days off during their interview, or their position may have something to do with the days off that they get. If you want other days off, ask your HR person, or the person who hired you...never hurts to ask. |
