Not unless they specifically ask. Usually it's more felony level arrests employers re concerned with anyway.

You only need to disclose it on the job application, assuming they ask about misdemeanors. They'll usually have you fill out the application first, so if they mention it in the interview, keep it brief. Don't try to explain it, just look them in the eye and say it was an important lesson you learned and you have matured so it won't be a problem in the future. Then see if you can move on in the conversation.
