Apparently, I abused someone [verbally] and it is grounds for instant dismissal, I am not disputing that, but, am I entitled to whatever holiday pay I am owed? I was full time, and I know if I had just quit without the sufficient notice, it would have been taken out of my holiday pay, seeing as I had no choice, am I still entitled to it?

Yes, you are entitled to any holiday money that has accrued. Holiday pay is normally reckoned on monthly, and you could have taken odd days off here and there and basically used the money that way. But you were letting your holiday days and money mount up and the firm was holding this in abeyance for you. You are entitled to it. Go get. |

Holiday pay no, but any left over paid vacation/personal time you had up until you were fired should still be paid to you. |
