Don't judge so fast!!! Some times we have to be a little flexible and roll with the punches. There may be more there in a positive light that hasen't surfaced yet.

Look for another job, then move on. No job is secure or perfect these days. I am not real happy at my job, but after eight years and two years to an early retirement I am sticking it out. Nowadays, there are so many things to take into consideration, insurance benefits, vacation, personal days. Until you find something you like don't quit , just stick it out for as long as you can.

Look for something else, but keep that job until you find something better.

I think it depends on your situation....

Can you return to your old job?
Can you make rent/pay mortgage for a few months while looking for another?
Do you need this as a reference?
Did you use contacts to get this job that could be affected negatively if you leave?

if these aren't worries... then leave. no harm done.

Move on. Not worth the misery
