Yes, you should get paid for any time you worked.

Labor relations board. YOu are entitled to any hours you worked at the rate you were hired at.

ONLY if the first week was held back. Usually, if you worked for a company for a while, there is a "running" ongoing total that is owed you.
For instance, you start a job, that pays weekly. Usually the first check comes in 2 weeks. This is because you are being set up in the payroll system. Now, you work the 3rd week. You then get paid for the 2nd week, and so forth. In this case you are always owed for the week prior to the week you just worked.
Hope this makes sense. The answer to you question is basically, if you have not been paid for all your time, you should expect a final paycheck and accounting of your time worked.

Ask for a chronological printout of your hours worked and paychecks paid. Then make sure you got all your money!

Good luck!

You would get paid for the time you actually worked, but not after that. This is true even if as soon as you turned in your notice they told you to leave then - they don't have to pay you beyond when you actually worked.

yes even though they held back its still your money, You can look online for labor laws

It doesn't work like that. Most people think that there is a 'held' check. That is not what really happens. There is usually just a week or so to process your check. So if the payperiod ended this weekend, you would be paid for that time the following Friday. Then the time that you worked for that week inbetween would be paid on the next check. I bet if you look back at the dates on the checks compared to the dates you were scheduled to work, you have been paid for all the time that you worked.

Yes, HOWEVER! If you quit without ANY NOTICE thay may pay you minimum wage which depends on your state. Also, hopefully you submitted hours correctly. If you were to get paid they will pay you the same day they would if you were still hired.
