I worked at Burlington Coat Factory and was fired for a laundry list of things (And in all honesty it was just a bad couple of days I was having.) But will the write up go on any online record for other employers to see?

There's no such thing as an online record of employment, only what you put on your CV/Resume, but you may be asked why you left your previous job on application forms and in interviews and your previous employer can state the reason in a reference. |

Even if you're over 18, there's no such thing as any "online record" of your employment history.
You're in the clear. Try not to have such bad days again, or at least try not to let them affect your job performance.

There is no online record.
However, all employers are still requiring to maintain employment records.
Therefore, although others can't know this. But they can still inquire about it.
In this situation, you don't have to worry. You are still young. Others will still offer chance to you. |

Sorry to hear about you leaving them. Well as for an online record there's no such thing! Just try to be more careful with the next company your at. Even though they say there gonna contact previous employers...They Never Do!!!
