If your FLMA employer finds out........you will be fired.........if your 2nd employer finds out that your on FMLA and working.........you will be fired.........simple

Could be a little shaky, especially if the duties of the two are similar. If one is, say, a heavly physical job, and the other is a desk job, you might be able to justify it.
