I would say "somewhat more often". Shows you have the initiative and capacity to lead others but that you are capable of following as well. |

they are finding out if you take charge and be a leader , or do you tend to follow others. There isnt a right answer, just be honest. Somewhat more often may be a better answer , it says you lead more often than your workmates. |

I employ people & if you were going for a superviser/mngmt role I would accept somewhat more often as it shows you can be a leader, but can also step down if a more authoritative leader asks you to do something, without causing conflict.
much more often, can imply that if you have made a wrong descision that you wont back down when needed.
and the others are just to weak to be strong leaders. |
