What is the discrimination in the workplace to those who have immigrated to Australia?

If they have immigrated legally and are allowed to work here then they will chosen based on if they are the best suited to the position.

None where I work but they must be able to do the job they apply for the same as anyone else,for instance if they want a job in a shop they must have good enough English to be understood , the same with other qualifications that may be required.
