In oklahoma, is it legal to hold an employee liable if the manager sends your home.?

I came into work but threw up. My manager wasnt here yet but I contacted her and she said it would count against me. I said I would stay and work it out but she insisted I go home. Even with a few witnesses, when she was on speaker phone, it was evident that she made that point clear. I have a ding against my name for it. Just wanted to know if that was right or if I have a stand against it. If you could, please let me know the law in which it pertains to if this is or is not legal or breaks some kind of rule.

Your boss did nothing illegal.

It wasn't nice, and certainly wasn't pleasant for you, but it was not illegal. The law doesn't mandate that companies provide sick leave.

there is no law that protects you from what you perceive as bad treatment it appears that this may not be the first time you have called sick or are you on probation, either way face the music and try to stay well they did nothing wrong.

you absolutely cannot be punished for being sent home for puking. there are situations where your past track record can account for her skepticism, but as far as performance review purposes no. they cannot cannot cannot treat you unfairly for an illness. you have a "ding" against your name. that sounds like a tatic to guilt you into not calling out again. don't worry.
