i have worked at a broker for about 2 years. i dont milk my sick days but i HAVE taken a few this year. im not really sick, i just need a personal day. can they just fire me? they dont keep track of any sick days i take or anything. it would be hard for them to be like"yeah you call in too much" because they have no record of it....???

It looks like they cannot fire you, although they can ask for a medical certificate (doctors note).
