I am thinking of buying an inflatable jumper and renting it out for parties. I will be charging on a daily basis. Can somebody sue me if their kid gets hurt while using my jumper?

YES......that is why you must carry insurance.

what if you have a liability waiver that your renter must sign before getting the equipment? and not have insurance?
