As their business needs change so will their expectations of you. However, it's a sign you should start looking for employment elsewhere -- if their business is backsliding they may go belly up soon. |

Yes it is legal for them to do this unless you are a contracted employee or in a union with a contract. If you decide to leave give 2 weeks notice, write a letter of resignation about the wonderful opportunity they gave you and how much you enjoyed working for such a great company and wonderful co-workers. You need to leave with class so you don't screw up your most recent work history. |
