My husband is being harrassed by his boss about his weight. The boss will even make fun of him in front of customers, anyone it does not matter. He has even done it in front of the general manager. The managers just laugh. Is this a lawsuit in Indiana?

eh, you could probably sue for harassment, but maybe you should just tell your husband to be a man and stand up for himself. litigation is not the answer to life's problems. |

Harassment and hostile work environment. I agree that sometimes employees are too quick to seek legal action, but this is ridiculous and beyond inappropriate. Definitely seek the advise of an employment lawyer and be sure he/she does not practice a million other things. |
