Ugly isn't protected, yet.
Seriously though, if he is creating a "hostile work" environment, you may have a legal case against him.
Try calling your state's department of labor to see what they say, then or otherwise, call an attorney.
Good luck, winning lawsuits like this isn't an easy thing to do.
Maybe you could just try looking for a new job? |

It is harassment but would be difficult to prove. If you speak to his supervisor or HR dept., they can insist that he stop because the jokes are hurting you and creating a "poisoned" work environment.

It may be bullying or harrassment.
The next time it happens, speak to your boss about it directly. Tell him it upsets you and you find it intimidating. Ask him to stop doing it.
Make a note everytime he does this: details of exactly what he said, the date, the time, who was there - witnesses etc.
If it is particularly serious, mention it to one of the witnessess - tell them it upset you.
Then if it persists you will have evidence to make a formal complaint.
