i work at this cell phone company and its called pagecomm wireless... but they only pay me commision is that legal or what can i do about it because i work 10am to 9pm everyday except for tuesdays but thats still full time and i only get paid for what i sell is that legal???

Yes, you work in commissioned sales. They do not have to pay you anything until you make them money.
It is a terrible deal, however that is what you signed up for. |

If you are an employee, no they have to pay you at least minimum wage, although they can credit any commissions to that. If you are an independent contractor, then yes it's legal.
But if they are setting your hours and working conditions, then you are more likely an employee. |

Yes that is legal. Car salesmen, and makeup counter girls are usually paid on a commision only basis.
The only thing you can do about it is find more gainful employment. You agreed to the stipulations of the job when you took it. |

Unless your job description outlines any other type of pay, and you willingly took the position knowing it was commission based, then yes, it's probably legal. And in sales positions, it's quite common. |

They do not have to pay by the hour. If you signed on as commission only then that was the deal. |
