Is it legal to have a concert in a park?
Find answers to your legal question.

Is it legal to have a concert in a park?

Is it legal to have a small concert in a park, probably ~20 people coming at the max, and it would be around 5 p.m.

I live in Santa Clarita, by the way.
Additional Details
No generator being used, we would be stealing power from a) someone's house, or b) the park power outlets.

You simply call the park district and get permission. They will tell you what form to fill out and what fee (if any) will be involved.

prolly not, you usually need a permit, especially if you are going to use a generator.

It's not legal without a permit.

You say:
Can I please get some concrete evidence with regards to necessary permits? Just telling me that I need one doesn't help too much.

In other words can we do the ground work for you. NO.

Go visit the local city authority and ask them as thats their job.

Thats said.
Whos going to care if at 5pm a bunch of people stand around singing a few songs anyway.

Things like approved authority introduces things like: do you have insurance, provide toilets, clean up. medical.

lov to dance <33
