Like netflix for example. They offer a service (movie rental) with different plan levels (1or more movies at a time). Now if you go to netflix's website and you see that they have a terms and conditions link at the bottom of the page, those are the terms and conditions customers must follow when doing business with them correct? Now say you want to subscribe to get 2 movies at a time. Is it legal to have varying T&C's for essentially the same service from the same company and hold customers to them (in this case, different T&C's for 1,2, and 3 movie subscriptions)?

EDIT - Thanks for the added detail. I can't speak directly for netflix but it seems to me they have 3 different subscription plans which could invite 3 sets of terms and conditions. I would imagine these are nearly identical to each other and probably only differ in the number of movies allowed and the increased financial terms outlined.
They probably do that to keep someone from suing them down the line by saying there was no clear delineation between plans so it was legal for them to get 3 when they only paid for one or something else ridiculous like that.
