I work at a small credit union.. they don't actually direct deposit into my account the just post the money into it. We have been receiving pay stubs, but they never have the hours we work on them. when we questioned supervisors on this.. they said they take the hours off??? and no explanations follow that. Is this legal?

IF you are in the US many (not all) states require a "pay-stub" be provided. what is required on the pay-stub varies from state to state.
federal law requires certain information to be kept and documented but federal law does not mandate a pay-stub be provided to the employee.
pay-day, pay-period. wage payment laws are covered under state jurisdiction.
