9 months ago I quit from working at this hotel because i knew the manager will fire me due to losing some important keys. After quiting i tried different location of that hotel and about 10 of them that i tried in the past 9 months turned me down! I was an assistant manager in that hotel and have almost 2 years experience in front desk and to me it doesn't sound right that every single one of them would not hire me. So, I'm guessing my previous manager did not provide a positive (or neutral) comment about me to the manager that were trying to hire me! I want to make sure and if that is so, i will hire an attorney to sue him. What kind of proof do i need to prove my case in the court? can i record him? or can someone do it for me and be my witness in the court?

no not legal without person's permission...or in the case of law enforcement, a court order (police needing one). And no, same rules apply for everyone. Suggest you apply at a different hotel chain. |

if they are telling the Truth than you have no case if they are lying then maybe, but as long as it is the truth they tell any one anything. |
