Well i got this job to administrate my assigned poll the same day i as my usual job at Head start. Is it legal if i just take a sick day of my usual teacher job and go later 2 this new one.

it is not illegal BUT
you may be terminated with "cause" (no unemployment insurance) if you are caught.
depending on who operates the head start in your state you may have some added protection that those who work in the private sector don't have but at the very least if not terminated you may be disciplined including suspension. |

I don't know about the legalities to it, but if you get caught by your boss from your first job, you could get into trouble. |

Will you be breaking any law? No! Your employer has the wright to discharge you for good cause. Forget about legalities and concentrate on the moral issue: Do you wish to speak the truth or lie. Why not just explain to your superior the situation and ask how you can makeup for time lost. Anything is legal as long as you don't get caught. In this case you would be lying and if you get caught in your lie I imagine it could be possible grounds for dismissal. Then again the risk is yours |

I don't believe it's illegal, but just don't let the job you are taking off from know because then they might fire you for conflict of interest. |

Nope not illegal. Some jobs require a doctors note to get paid for that sick day or to not have any negative repercussions
But unless you work for Nazis or call out a lot.
There shouldn't be a problem
