Is it legal to work two IT jobs the same time?

Is it legal to work 9am-5pm at one company in IT and 6am-6pm at another company in IT? The 9-5 is monday to friday and the 6pm-6am is Friday to Sunday. I don't know, but it's a pretty damned good income of $135,000 with both jobs!

Look closely at what you signed when you started working at the companies.
If you signed an agreement to not compete, you might be in some hot water.
It also depends on what you're doing. If you're a programmer for one company, but a system admin for another, you might be alright. (you get the idea. Its usually not a good thing to do the same thing for two DIFFERENT companies at the same time). |

As long as the agreements with the companies allow you to and you are not using the companies resources at the other job. |
