No. You cannot take the Bar exam without going to an accredited law school as per the Supreme Court. I think the only state that allows you to sit for the bar without going to an accredited law school is CA and then.. I hear their bar exam is extremely hard. |

California does allow people to sit for the bar exam without attending law school, my brother did it and is a municipal court judge now.
You would need to check the rules and regulations for the state you live in to see what the requirements are to take the bar exam. It is a very tough exam to take, and is an all day test from what I have heard. |

Most states do not allow you to take the bar without going to law school and, despite rumors to the contrary, even California requires you to have completed several years of law school before you may sit for the bar or to have completed a comparable study under the guidance of a judge or attorney. The only states which I could find that might allow you to sit for the bar without law school are Virginia and Washington. |
