yes you can, you will need a signed note from your parents and they may have to come in and speak to the person who is employing you.
One of the best workers I had was 14 when I hired her, she was excellent, her parents were more then happy for her to have a job, she would work one night a week (4:30pm to 9pm on either thurs or fri night) and would get a full day shift on one of the weekend days (max would have been 7:30am - 5:30pm).

Well I'm sure there's something out there for you. The best thing you can do is I guess keep trying. Something will come up.

You can get some jobs but you have to be 16 to handle cash in a business. I worked in a restaurant where a 15 year old girl worked but was not allowed to handle cash until she turned 16. Her father was a supervisor there.

You have to have a work permit and you can only work certain number of hours. To require a work permit you have to go through your school. So it would be kind of hard to get a job without your parents knowing about it.
