i have applied for a job last month and now i heard they are hiring, do i need to send another application other than follow up letters?

As an employer, I receive more than 200 resumes per week. During times I am not hiring, I only scan through them, then they get filed.
Yes, resend your resume to them. Then 1 day after you send the resume, send a thank you note for the time they took to look at it.
In this day and age you need to stand out from everyone else in the job market. Little things will get you noticed. |

Yes and I would call and even better yet go in person and hand it to the manager. As a employer I always liked people with guts. |
