Is my employer unfair by doing THESE? If so, what should I do?

- He doesn't have a Time Clock so people who are late or overtime (I'm mostly on overtime waiting for late people) are getting paid just the same.
- He employs No-Working-Papers employee. We are in Nevada, as for different State Laws.
- My paychecks are most of the time delayed and incomplete. I would always have to confront them about it because my 10-hour overtime are not getting paid.

a time clock is not required by law but..................
ACCURATE records are.
what do you mean by "no-working-papers" employee?
are you referring to the employer not completing an accurate I-9?

Sounds like a pretty shady operation to me. The absence of a time clock means he has no official records of what hours anyone worked and, since he's employing illegal aliens, I would imagine that the absence of records helps him avoid a lot of red tape. It is unacceptable for any employer to give you your paycheck late or incomplete and you should never have to chase them for overtime. There are plenty of better places to work who will treat you fairly - get out of there as soon as possible.

if you don't enjoy working there,find an alternative.because there are problems employees face with there boss.if you are not okay then find another place.
