Were can i go to find laws or labor laws as to how much a server has to tip out a bus boy.
reason i am asking is because my new employer i work have been working me 10hour days and only making 10-15$ in tip when i know that the wait staff is making alot more then that. can you help me anyone?

There is no requirement for tipouts. That is usually a policy of your employer, if you get tipouts at all - not every bus person does.
The only legal requirement is that your pay including your tips is at least minimum wage. |

Go to your state's Department of Labor website and look under the heading for tipped employees. You are supposed to make at least minimum wage -- so verify what the minimum wage is in your state and how tipped employees are handled. |

I have been a server at a restaurant for over 2 1/2 years and have recently been let go. Since the beginning of my employment I have been forced, not asked to tip out 40% of my tips.
