Is the job offer for me in Lister Hospital UK legal? Who is Mr. Fred Darren in Lister Hospital UK?

I received a job offer for Lister Hospital UK as Senior Medical Officer from Mr. Fred Darren. He stated that he worked in Human Resources Department in Lister Hospital UK. He sent me soft copies and asked me to send it back. He advised me to call a UK Immigration Agent named Martin Sanders to ask for assistance to acquire my visa. Unfortunately I did not attempt to call the said agent.

Did you apply for the position?

Be VERY suspicious of any unsolicited job offer.

Also, be VERY suspicious if directed to a specific person who will "help" you with your visa.
