trying to help a person who feels let down by her own trade union but is unable to go any further and I believe this person is not getting the help she is entitled to The information I have been given certainly need looking into and documentation is available

The union is governed by law, and comes under the department of Labor, or the labor board in your area.
If this individual feels he/she has not received a fair hearing, or adequate representation by the union, they should contact either of those two government offices to seek redress. |

YES there are a number of different offices,dont no where you are but the easiest way is to ring your local CAB office and they will give you the numbers for your nearest officer also check the web for local specialist lawyers who delight in taking useless trade unions to task. |
