This is a vague question so I'm not sure what you're looking for. But I'll try....

There are dozens of different kinds of tests for th position of 911 Telecommunicator. Most are very well protected and copyrighted and there is no way to "train" for them via the internet.

The best thing to do is apply at an agency you are interested in working at and take their test, whatever that may be. The best way to prepare is to eat a good breakfast and get a good nights sleep prior to the test.
