Paralegals don't "sue" individuals.
If there is an online paralegal program, well then it isn't worth anything. The only paralegal programs worth entering will be on campus with experienced instructors and they will be accredited by the American Bar Association (http://www.abanet.org). If you find and attend an online paralegal program it won't look good on a resume and won't help you get hired. Most schools have accomodations for disabled students. You should look into going to classes on campus. You will learn much more.
