Is there any action I can take to an employer that does not pay minimum wage in Pennsylvania?

I work at Quiznos in Pennsylvania and the state minimum wage is $7.15, I am an adult (over 18) and been there for 4 months I don't get any benifits or tips. Any help would do, please these times are tough.
