Is there any way to get another job without them knowing you had a passed job?

Basically I currently have a job but i don't think i have done very well on this job.
When I leave the company they will send me a P45 (right?)
so this means my next employer will know I have had a past job and i don;t want them to.
Is it possible i can just fill out a new P46 form and not be taxed
I am considering leaving now and I am hoping to get another job around September.
So i want my new employer to know nothing about my last job and start fresh Additional Details please don;t say just go to my next employer with them knowing

You will cause yourself a lot of headaches if you work without paying taxes, and many employers will fire an applicant who lies on an application. Be forthright and say the job is not a good fit for you because it lacks something this employers has (a formal management structure, good benefit package, or excellent training program). |

Look for a job now. While you are still employed. When you are interviewing, they will unlikely call for references at your current work place because no one should know you are planning on quitting.
When you are asked why you are leaving, tell them that you want a job with growth potential. You feel you are in a dead end job where you are. Do not bad mouth anyone. |

say that your previous employer didn't give you a p45 then if you're not planning on returning to work untill september you can say you've been doing voluntary work abroad over the summer and this will mean you have an emergency tax code for a while your first paycheck or first couple will have too much tax taken off them but you will get this back, if possible use a friend as a reference and say that it is your employer from your voluntary summer job then you don't need to put down the job you have now. |

As long as you didn't get fired from your current job it shouldn't be that bad. Lying about past employment is a very bad idea. If it is going to be a long time before you apply for another job put this one on your resume but leave off the references. They may raise eyebrows about why you don't want them to call but at least you will be being honest. If they ever catch you in this lie they can fire you immidiately |

It's going to show up if they look hard enough. You could just lie on your resume I suppose. |
