My boss keeps treating me differently to others in my factory. The other day i had a big argument with him and he sent me home on suspension. I went in for my hearing today and he'd implied to me that the hearing was over and suggested that i go home and wait for their decision on what would happen now. He's now saying that i left the hearing before it was finished and that he's put that down on his notes, but won't let me add to mine the fact that he'd tricked me into leaving the hearing. Looking back, i didn't even sign it, none of us did (him, his witness and I). I've been to him since and confronted him about it and he's just saying, 'well, it's there in black and white'. I've told him i feel this is an orchestrated 'push out' and that i won't take it lying down and he's phoned me since all softy softy nicey nicey telling me that he doesn't want me to go, it's me perceiving everything the wrong way. He's very manipulative and patronising.

Yep! next word out of his mouth, come right out and tell him, if he has anything to say to you, it had better be through your attorney!!!! Watch out! He MAY need a diaper change! You fight fire with fire. That hearing you talk about. Were you supposed to be there in person?? If you were, and they conducted the hearing without you, that is a one-sided affair!! All they heard was him! YOU have a right to be heard, and if this scumbag won't let you talk to this committee or whatever they are, they will definately listen to your attorney if they think they are going to get sued!!! Also, don't be taking any more calls from this guy. Put your phone on recording. You don't have to pick up everytime the phone rings! |
