I want to know if two people shake hands on an agreement with one another and the other people doesn't comply is it cause to file a law suite.

Hand shake is binding and legal in a court of law in Florida.In a law suit it us bot difficult to establish the contract, Statistics reveal that the number of suits won are much More than lost suits.

A handshake agreement is legally binding - the problem is proving that it happened. You could file a law suit over it, but to win would have to prove that the agreement existed and formed a legal contract.
