Is this legal in Texas?

Ok so here is the deal: My fiance and I got hired at this place in San Antonio TEXAS called KGB. So we get hired as just regular text agents, and we explain to them we need to work the exact same schedule because of the fact that we only have one car. So they hired us, and we had been working fine......
Then our boss goes up to my fiance, and hands him an application for a supervisor position. The boss said fill this out and you are guaranteed the job. He even went over the interview question with him. So... on the date he accepted the position with HUMAN RESOURCES, he told them if you need to change our schedules because it is a conflict of interst do it now so we can make arangements. So they said "no" that is not necessary you two will just have to act as if you are not together.
So he gets the job, and is doing his job well, when the manager starts hitting on me. He says to me "GOD GAVE YOU BEAUTY YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE IT IN THIS COMPANY" so ofcourse I tell my fiance, and he ignores it. Ever since I shot the manager down and told him I will always be faithful to my fiance, he has treated him like ****.
He always has the other manager pull him in the office and tell him he needs to step it up, and start doing his job. MIND YOU HE DOES HIS JOB. When Justin (my fiance) asked the manager " what am I NOT doing the manager has not said he just says " are you kidding me".....
OK SO HERE IS WHY I AM REALLY BLOGGING THIS AND WANT TO HEAR OPINIONS..... on Saturday the boss comes in to the office on his day off and pulls justin into a meeting with a fellow manager... this manager and the other manager are best friends..... So larry THE ONE PICKING ON HIM starts calling him a "******* idiot, and that he is stupid" he says you and Amanda take your breaks together :::WHICH HE SET IN THE SCHEDULE!!!!::: and says " the other day i wanted to choke you for the way you act around here. " he also said he never said we could have the same schedule. The guy was yelling a cussing at him....
SO HERE IS THE THING: everyone told him go to HR. Well HR and that manager are really good friends, and they go out and everything. Justin went to HR today and made a report.. well when he gets on the floor to work. everyone knows what was said... HR calls the other manager in and he lies... and says that everything justin says was a lie!!!!...
THEY SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE PUT ON CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR 4 WEEKS. .... justin has never even signed a verbal warning... i need to know what can be done about this.... A BOSS IS NOT ALOUD TO TALK TO SOMEONE LIKE THAT.. does anyone know the laws about this in TEXAS.. if he is fired which they are going to try to do .. what can be done!!!!

First of all, you and your fiance are not a "team" at work. You are individual contributors. Your personal relationship and life should be kept out of the workforce.

You have a harassment complaint with HR - file it individually (without the input of your fiance - after all, he was not a witness).

If your fiance has a complaint, then he can also take it individually with HR. Is a boss not allowed to talk to someone like that? Chances are he is allowed. Unless you really want to argue the boss physically threatened your fiance's life ... which is a stretch. Your fiance doees not need a signed verbal warning to be put on corrective action unless this is specifically against company and/or union policy.

You definitely have a harassment complaint, and you should individually take it to HR.

Go to HR and tell them.
Chances are they would have other reports about the cretin. Check with other women in his area for other stories and take them with you or at least reports.
Like Rape, most harassment episodes are un reported.
