ok, so last friday, a coworker sent out the wrong order on a delivery, i had nothing at all to do with it. my boss assumed it was me (i suppose because im youngest with the least experience), and fired me on the spot. as we were talking, the woman who's order was wronged came back to the restaurant to speak with the owner. my boss had the nerve to say "im sorry, it was all HIS fault" (as he POINTS at me!).
the woman says "no! this wasn't him! it was the other guy", and she went on describing my coworker. my boss didn't admit he was wrong, and simply walked away.
what can i do! i feel as though ive been abused.

Go back to that restaurant everyday and just sit there and stare at the guy who fired you. It will really bother him a lot. Eventually, he will quit and you'll get re-hired. |

Just if the boss comes and says sorry dont get your job back just go there as a costumer and act bossy |

In most states, you can be fired for any reason or no reason, as long as it isn't illegal discrimination or a few special cases (whistle-blowing, retaliation, pregnancy, that sort of thing).
Give him a day to settle down, and ask calmly to speak with him to give you another chance. Otherwise move on. |

i am sorry to hear about it. but there is no other choice, the boss have to find a poor guy to criticise in front of customer. they usually take the one whom have little experiences and they do not like so much!
it is illegal if you sent you boss to court. but it is going to be very complicated. |

go on the internet and wheck your legal worker rules for your province or state. search laws for firing on google. this way you have proof to show your boss if what he did was illegal |
