Notification should have been required. Contact your State Labor Department for details. They usually have an FAQ section that would address it. |

You've been notified. The paycut can't be retroactive, that's all. |

In most states, they'd have to notify you no later than the time the new rate took effect, but wouldn't have to tell you ahead of time. |

Depends on what state you are in. But it is in my state. Employees have very few rights without a Union. |
