after watching the ludicrous claims and counter claims by family and former friends on judge judy courtesy of ITV2, i have decided to sue my fiancee for $5000 dollars for non payment on a KFC zinger burger meal. which i believe was a zinger burger chips and a soft drink, she opted for a coffee instead. this was back in october 04 when we first started dating. she promised to "pay me back big time later that night" i still have never recieved any money with regards to that day in question. should i sue her on judge judy?

Judge Judy would probably only give you the actual price of the meal, which I don't think was $5,000. If it's worth all that hassle to get about $5, go for it! Sounds like just the kind of entertainment value they like on that show.
BTW, you call her your fiance. Is she still? She probably won't be if you go forward with this. |
