Yes, the temp worker law.

Absolutely. When you work with a temp. agency you are protected by the agency. Do you mean if you are injured while on the job? or from harassment? Either way, as an employee of the temp or the co., you are protected, and if you have any issues, you may call the state labor commissoner, they can direct you in what areas you need.

There are all sorts of laws that protect employees, temporary or non. Safety laws can be found at www.osha.gov; wage and hour laws are at www.dol.gov; laws against discrimination are at www.eeoc.gov.
