I was working for a new small company and they would make up new policies on a daily basis and have us sign them but they hardly ever gave copies. Am I entitled to receive a copy of all documents that I have signed or do they have the option to say no?
I would also like copies of my check stubs am I entitled to these items?

you can ask but they may not give them to you, as far as copies of check stubs, if they already gave them to you and you want copies because you did not save yours then they do not have to make you copies |

HR paperwork you sign, stays in your permanent HR file - why would you want it? it;s meaningless outside of that employer and they are required to hold onto that stuff
2-why didn;t you keep your paystubs EACH PAYDAY? employer does not have to provide you with copies if you can't eb bothered to hold onto the originals yourself. |
