I work hard and have been told that i do an excellent job
Do employers see this as a bad thing or do they respect the individuals wishes ?

I dont want promotion but my Boss is gently pushing me that way

Some companies do what you to want to move up in the company and others like you to stay where you started.
I was let go from a CPA firm for taking accounting classes because they wanted me to stay head bookkeeper. They have trouble keeping bookkeeping staff they keep becoming CPAs and wanting promoted. |
