you prove disability discrimination in employment with disparate treatment and disparate impact???????

File a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at 1-800-669-4000. They will ask you a series of questions to determine if you have a legitimate discrimination complaint under Title VII. If they determine you have a case you will receive a letter and form to fill out to submit. Also contact the Division of Human Rights (since you do not mention what state you are in I am unable to give you that number. Just google Division of Human Rights.) Explain your complaint to them and they will immediately tell you if you have grounds to file with them. Hopefully the Division of Human Rights will take your case since they work much faster than the EEOC. If neither of these organizations find you have a legitimate discrimination case obviously you do not have one.

Very hard to prove.

And a company is required to provide "reasonably accommodation" for a disability - there's no set definiiton of reasonable, it ends up being up to the judge if a case goes to court.
